Significant risk to Repeat Prescription Service this Easter (please order early, see below)

With the Easter weekend approaching it is often a time when urgent and emergency care services struggle to meet demand for repeat prescriptions.

This Easter the forecast demand means there is a possibility that patients may find it very difficult to get a repeat prescription if they don’t order before the Easter weekend, meaning it will be very difficult for patients to get their medication in time.

To help minimise the impact this Easter some GP practices in West Yorkshire will be sending an SMS message to their patients advising them to order their repeat prescription well before the Easter weekend.

Please remember Our three sites will be closed for the Easter weekend commencing on Good Friday 14th April & will also be closed on Easter Monday 17th April and reopen on Tuesday 18th April 2017as normal.

If your repeat medication is due to run out over the Easter weekend from Good Friday14th – 17th April please order this either online, or by telephoning the prescription line or at your Reception desk before Tuesday 11th April to get this in time before Good Friday, otherwise you may not be able to get your repeat prescription over the Easter weekend.

Thank you

Book Appointments and order your authorised Repeat Medication Online

We are pleased to offer our patients the opportunity to book routine appointments with our GPs online and to order their authorised repeat medication. Initially, you need to obtain a unique personal log in from your surgery, please call in and ask a receptionist to print one out for you, you may be asked to produce some form of ID eg. Driving Licence, Passport etc.

Once you have your personal log in, when required, click on the Online Services picture link buttons below or enter the above "Appointments menu" or "Prescription menu"  and click on the appropriate link and log in to book an appointment of choice or order your repeat medication if available.  Please note that all three surgeries appointments are on this list, so take care to book in at the correct site.  For ease, you can click on the dropdown menu to choose a specific site e.g. Pinfold Surgery.

Please note that not all appointments are available online and should you not find one that meets you requirements please contact your surgery as usual. If you are unable to order your repeat medication please telephone our repeat prescription line as usual for assistance.

The practice is required by the Government to allocate all patients with a named accountable GP under the terms of our contract.  The practice has allocated patients to a GP using the first letter of your surname.
